The Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Limited collect and store member information so that we can supply a range of services.
Member information may be given to outside contractors (mailing houses), for the sole purpose of efficient mailing of the Club’s monthly magazine The Wanderer. These companies are strictly prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.
We impose strict conditions on organisations with which we may share your information. We will not sell, trade or rent your information to another organisation.
You may have previously elected to have your contact details recorded in our Fellowship Directory. If you wish to have your details removed, you should advise us in writing. Further, your contact details may be provided to other members upon request for CMCA related purposes, such as for the purpose of establishing or expanding a Club chapter.
If you do not wish your private information to be used in this way you should advise us in writing.
Knowing our members helps us provide a better, more personal service. If your personal details change (such as your address, phone number etc.) please let us know, with your help we will keep your information up to date.
Under the Privacy Act 1988, you may request a copy of personal information we hold about you. However, you are not required to do anything. Please be assured that we will continue to respect and value the information you share with us and to comply with all privacy legislation.
